My name is Jp Lamb
I have experienced significant anxiety, stress, and mild depression. I've also lived with ADHD, and many of my friends have faced similar challenges. Over the years, we've supported each other, sharing ideas and guidance to overcome these obstacles.
I have a deep sense of empathy when it comes to mental health issues, and I want to create a community where people can talk about their struggles and support one another, just as my friends and I have done. Whether it's encouraging each other to go for a hike, take a drive, go for a swim, or engage in other activities, I am passionate about helping people feel better about themselves.
I understand firsthand how mental health issues can impact one's life. I've been through times when I resorted to drinking to cope or isolating myself for days on end. I don't want anyone to go through that alone. It's time for change. Let's work together to create a better world, where we can support each other and improve our mental well-being.
